Returning to more serious topics. U.S. dioceses have done much in recent years to combat the phenomenon of sexual abuse committed by members of the clergy. But the wounds remain open and not always the internal policies of the curiae produce the desired results. The thorn in the side for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, however, this time a member of the same offices of the curia, the vice-chancellor James Connell. Dissatisfied with what has been done by the diocese of Wisconsin (and in that of La Crosse, last seat of the bishop of Milwaukee, Jerome Listecki
), in fact, in recent days, the priest spoke
surprise during a press conference convened association which brings together victims,
Snap, Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests , asking the bishop to make public all the documents on abuse cases: "Justice requires that the truth is made known," said Connell from the steps of the Cathedral of
Milwaukee.

you read the explanations about the events that led to the press conference notes in which it is claimed that the curia has already announced the names of all priests who are the subject of allegations substantiated cases of sexual abuse. The association of the victims, meanwhile, expressed surprise at the words of Connell, stating that no member of the Catholic leadership so far had made a gesture as strong. The vice chancellor also sent an open letter to all priests of the diocese in which calls for transparency and truth (
